The Company obtained the Certificate of Commencement of Business on 23rd Noveber, 1993 from the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal at Calcutta. It is presently engaged in setting up of the Open End Spinning Unit for the manufacture of export quality coarse cotton yarn with an installed capacity of 2992 M T per annum.
