Further the name of company was changed to Adhbhut Infrastructure Limited vide fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated June 26, 2008. Presently the Registered Office of the Company is situated at 910, Ansal Bhawan, 16 K. G. Marg, New Delhi- 110001.
The company has changed its object clause from Finance and Investment activities to Real Estate Activities and has obtained approval from the Office of Registrar of Companies, NCT of Delhi & Haryana for the same.
