1993 - The Company  was incorporated on 29th January and obtained Certificate of
             Commencement of Business on 20th January 1995 from the Registrar of Companies,
             Gujarat at Ahmedabad.
- AHFL joined a running unit of M/S Nemi Briquette Industries, a partnership firm, as a partner on 1.4.93. Due to the demise of one of the partners and retirement of the other partners, the partnership firm was dissolved and the Company took over the firm as a going concern as and from 16.12.1993.

- The partnership firm was engaged in manufacturing of Briquetted fuel(Bio-CoaI) with an installed capacity of 12TPD. The Company is presently carrying on the same manufacturing activity and proposes to expand the capacity to 120TPD.

1996 - Mr. Jayant A Shah and Mr. Haren J Shah retire by rotation and, being eligible, offer themselves for reappointment.

- Mr. Rajendra N Sanghvi resigned on May 19, 1995 on account of health reasons.

- The Company proposes to exploit the possibility of exporting the product with minor modification and change in the use.

1998 - The Directors Mr. Jayant A Shah and Mr. Haren J Shah retire by rotation and, being eligible, offer themselves for re-appointment.

- The Company proposes to exploit the possibility of exporting the product with minor modification and change in the use.

1999 - Mr. Shreekant V. Javeri and Mr. Jayant A Shah retire by rotation and being eligible, offer themselves for reappointment.

2000 - Alpha Hi-tech Fuel Ltd. is diversifying in the field of software development and exports.

- Kitchen Appliances India, a leading home appliances company with the brand name Kenstar, is introducing a range of novel floor care appliances, manufactured in joint venture and technical collaboration with Vax Ltd, UK.
