    YEAR EVENTS 1987 - The Company was incorporated as a Private Limited Company on July 1st, under the Companies act 1956 with its registered office at Hyderabad. It was converted into a Public Limited Company in terms of Special resolution dated 29th September, 1989, passed under sections 31/44 of the companies Act 1956, on 09/11/1989.

    - The company was provided technical support in their initial endeavour by Alphageo Incorporated, a company based in Houston, Texas in the United States of America (USA).

    - Alphageo Inc. was primarily engaged in consultancy services relating to seismic surveys and they imparted specialised training to the company's crew with regard to conducting advanced geo-seismic surveys in difficult terrains.

    - Alphageo Inc. USA also participated in the initial equity of the company to the extend of Rs. 24 lacs.

    1994 - The Company was the pioneer in the field of Seismic Surveys in the Private Sector. Over the years, your Company has been executing these services for Oil India Limited.

    - The Company has been awarded a Contract by Oil India Limited for conducting 2D Seismic Data Acquisition in the states of U.P. and Bihar.

    - The Company is also evaluating the prospects for entering the International arena to render Seismic Survey Services.

    - The Company inform that the public issue of 17,70,700 No. of Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each at a Premium of Rs.20/- per share aggregating to Rs.531 lakhs.

    1995 - The Company was the first Indian Company which mobilised and commenced seismic surveys on contract to the petroleum industry in India against all odds with a series of path-breaking initiatives stemming from the right mix of expertise, know-how and confidence.

    - During the year under review, the company had placed 5,63,000 shares on private basis with TDICI, Mutual Funds and Promoters at a premium.

    2000

    -The Company has made preferential offer of 10,00,000 shares of Rs. 10/- each at a premium to FIIs, NRIs, MFs, Domestic companies etc. through private placement.

    -Alpha Geo bags Rs 9-cr order from Oil India

    2005

    -Alpha geo has recommended a dividend at a rate of 10%.

    -Alpha geo has recommended a dividend at a rate of 10%.

    -Alphageo (India) has set-up a wholly owned subsidiary company, Alphageo International Limited, in Dubai, UAE.

    -Alphageo bags its first international contract in Georgia

    -Alphageo bags Essar contract of Rs. 120 million

    -Alphageo (India) has recommended final dividend of Rs. 1.00 per equity shares on the Equity shares of the Company of the face value of Rs. 10/- each.

    -Alphageo bags a contract in MYANMAR

    2013

    -Company is awarded a contract by Oil India Ltd for Rs. 17.52 crores for providing 3D Seisloop Seismic Data Acquisition in the state of Mizoram. -Alpha Geo (India) awarded a Contract in Myanmar. -"Alphageo secured Contract from GAIL (India) Limited". -"Alphageo secured Contract from Bharat Petro Resources Ltd".

    2014

    -"Alphageo awarded Contract for 3D Seismic Data Acquisition in Cauvery Basin in State of Tamilnadu". - "Alphageo awarded Contract from OIL India Limited, Duliajan". -"Alphageo awarded Extention for Contract from OIL India Limited".. -"Alphageo awarded Contract from Omkar Natural Resources Private Ltd".

    2015 -Alpha Geo (India - Alphageo awarded a Contract from NTPC LTD. -Alpha Geo (India - Alphageo awarded a contract in Myanmar. -Alpha Geo (India - Alphageo awarded Contract from Dart Energy (AS) Pte Ltd.

    2016 -Alphageo (India) Ltd has informed that the Company has been awarded a Contract for 3D Land Seismic Data Acquisition along the East Coast of India in the KG Basin for an estimated contract value, excluding taxes and duties, of approx. Rs. 21.50 Crores. -Alphageo awarded a Contract from Oil India Ltd -Alphageo received Letters of Award of Contracts from ONGC Ltd for an estimated value of Rs. 1482 Crores

    2017 -Alphageo said that it has received award of contract from ONGC for acquisition of 3D seismic data in Mehsana carpet area of Cambay basin.

    2020 -Alphageo (India) Limited has informed the Exchange regarding 'Receipt of Award of Contract from Vendanta Limited for 2D and 3D Seismic Data Acquisition Services in Assam for estimated Contract Value of Rs. 184 Crores (inclusive of taxes).' -Alphageo (India) Limited has informed the Exchange regarding 'Receipt of Award of Contracts from Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Ltd.'.

    2023 -Alphageo (India) Limited has informed the Exchange regarding 'Receipt of Award of Contract from ONGC, Jorhat -Cachar Area' -Alphageo (India) Limited has informed the Exchange regarding 'Receipt of Award of Contract from GSI, Central Region, Nagpur'.
