The Company was incorporated as "Arvind Infrastructure Limited" on December 26, 2008 in Ahmedabad as a
wholly owned subsidiary of Arvind Limited under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956. The Company
obtained the Certificate of Commencement of Business dated January 6, 2009 under the Companies Act, 1956. Our
Company was incorporated with the objective of doing real estate/infrastructure development business.

2016 -Company has been changed from Arvind Infrastructure Ltd. shall be changed to Arvind SmartSpaces Ltd. and symbol be changed from ARVINFRA to ARVSMART.

2017 -Arvind SmartSpaces Ltd. part of Asia's Greatest Brands 2016. -9th Realty Plus Conclave & Excellence Awards 2017.

2018 -Arvind Smartspaces Limited received International Award - Real Estate Category.

2023 -Arvind SmartSpaces and HDFC CAPITAL ADVISORS achieve financial closure on Fruits of Life project in a year. -Arvind SmartSpaces adds new high-rise project in Bengaluru with a top-line potential of Rs. 400 Cr. -Arvind SmartSpaces adds two new horizontal multi-asset township projects in Ahmedabad spread over 704 acre with a top-line potential of Rs. 2,300 crore.

2024 -Arvind SmartSpaces adds new highrise project in ITPL Road, Bengaluru with a topline potential of Rs. 600 Cr. -Arvind SmartSpaces adds new horizontal project in Ahmedabad spread over 40 acre with a top-line potential of Rs. 250 crore. -Arvind SmartSpaces enters Surat with a Rs. 1,100 crore horizontal multi-asset township project.
