The Company was converted from Private Ltd to Public Ltd. on 14/03/2017 and consequently the name of The Company was changed from Ashnisha Alloys Pvt. Ltd. to Ashnisha Alloys Ltd. Thereafter the name of the Company was changed to 'Ashnisha Industries Ltd.' on 29.03.20217.
