The Promoter of our Company, Mr. Pramod Maheshwari has been in the business of tutoring for competitive entrance examinations since 1993 and the business was being administered under proprietorship firms of Mr.Pramod Maheshwari, Mr.Om Prakash Maheshwari and Mr.Nawal Kishore Maheshwari, our Promoters.

However, during Financial Year 2002, our Promoters started undertaking tutoring services via Franchisee Centres through our Company. Subsequently, from April 1, 2006 we also started providing tutoring services through Company Operated Training Centres.

2013

- Career Point signs an agreement with Edustar Foundation for school integrated program under its tutorial division in Tamilnadu.

- Career Point launches residential coaching and school campus `Career Point Gurukul'

- Career Point and Birla Education Trust, Pilani join hands together

- Career Point nation's leading education player, announced the launch of new advanced test-prep division for GATE (Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering), IES (Indian Engineering Services) and PSU (Public Sector Undertakings) entrances.

2014

- Nation's Leading education player Career Point said that the release of its new e-Learning solution - 'Onlinepado.com' a choice to students for anytime, any topic and anyplace learning on any device by faculty of student's choice e-Learning through Onlinepado.com delivers a consistency in learning experience and a freedom to learn at own pace.

- Career Point signs an agreement with Ram Krishna Shiksha Samiti in Madhya Pradesh.

- Career Point Signed MOU with Govt. of Rajasthan for skill development Courses.

2015 - "Career Point and Techno India Group, West Bengal join hands together". -Career Point Ltd has incorporated a Joint Venture company (JV) in the name of "StudyBoard Education Private Limited" .

2016 - Career Point is partnered with NSDC for skill development - Career Point receives first tranche of Rupees 4.2 Crores from NSDC.

2017 -Career Point has signed six new agreements in tutorial division including 3 School Association Projects and 3 new Franchisee Centers at multiple locations. -Career Point inks MoU to acquire Plancess Edusolutions,

2023 -Career Point awarded an order valued Rs 6.19 Cr by NTPC Ltd.".
