Subsequently, pursuant to a special resolution passed by the Shareholders at their Extraordinary General Meeting held on August 6, 2022, our Company was converted from a Private Limited Company to Public Limited Company and consequently, the name of our Company was changed to `Droneacharya Aerial Innovations Limited' and a Fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent to Conversion was issued on August 23, 2022 by the Registrar of Companies, Bangalore, Karnataka.
