We were incorporated as Azal India Private Limited (AIPL) on April 13, 1998. We received a fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon the change of our name to Global Helicorp Private Limited on July 22, 2003. Subsequently we changed our name to Global Vectra Helicorp Private Limited and were issued a fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon this change in name on September 20, 2004. Upon our conversion to a public limited company, we became Global Vectra Helicorp Limited on October 10, 2005.
We are one of the largest dedicated offshore transportation services helicopter company in India servicing the oil and gas exploration and production sector in India. We are an ISO 9001-2000, ISO 14001-2004 and OHSAS 18001-1999 certified aviation Company. Our fleet operates to transport crew and supplies between offshore and onshore bases. We have serviced several offshore contracts since our inception in 1998. Our clients include Reliance Industries Limited, Gujarat State Petroleum Corporation Ltd. and BG Exploration and Production India Limited.
