The Company was incorporated as `Hari Om Concast And Steels Private Limited' at Hyderabad as a private limited company in accordance with the provisions of the erstwhile Companies Act, 1956, pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated June 21, 2007 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Andhra Pradesh. Thereafter, the name of the Company was changed to `Hariom Pipe Industries Private Limited' vide special resolution dated December 12, 2017 and a fresh certificate of incorporation consequent to name change was issued on December 27, 2017 by Registrar of Companies, Hyderabad. Thereafter, the Company was converted into to a public limited company and consequently, the name of the Company was changed to `Hariom Pipe Industries Limited' by a special resolution passed on January 08, 2018 and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent upon conversion was issued on January 17, 2018 by the Registrar of Companies, Hyderabad.

2013 - Commencement of production of HR Slit Coil & MS Tubes at the Unit I
2018 - Conversion of the Company from private limited to public limited Achieved Turnover of Rs. 10,000.00 lakhs.
2020 - Acquisition of Unit II at Anantapur
2021 - Receipt of ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management System) in respect of manufacturing of MS Billets, HR Strips, MS Pipes, MS Sections, GP Pipes and Scaffoldings

-The Company has completed the setting up of its 15 ton electric melting furnace and the commercial production from the same will commence from Friday, 25th November 2022. This will increase the company's production of MS Billets from the current 95,832 MTPA to 1,04,232 MTPA.
-Hariom Pipe Industries IPO subscribed 67%
-The initial public offer (IPO) of Hariom Pipe Industries received bids for 56,67,536 shares as against 85,00,000 shares on offer, according to stock exchange data at 17:00 IST on Wednseday (30 March 2022). The issue was subscribed 67%.
-The issue opened for bidding on Wednesday (30 March 2022) and it will close on Tuesday (5 April 2022). The price band of the IPO is fixed at Rs 144 - 153 per share. An investor can bid for a minimum of 98 equity shares and in multiples thereof.
