| The company was incorporated on 30th December, 1991 in the State of Gujarat with a main object of manufacturing Aluminium circles, slungs, wheets and other products from Aluminium and obtained certificate for commencemen of business on 29/04/1992 from the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat. The Promoters of this unit have been dealing in similar products under the name of their sister concerns M/s Prakash Metal Works and M/s Padmavati Metal Industries since last fourteen years and hence have sufficient experience in terms of production and marketing of the aluminium products.
