The status of the Company was changed to public limited, and the name of our Company was changed to "OBSC Perfection Limited" vide Special Resolution dated March 26, 2024. The fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent to conversion was issued on June 28, 2024 by the Registrar of Companies, Delhi. The Corporate Identification Number of our Company is U27100DL2017PLC314606. Omega Bright Steel & Components Private Limited and Ashwani Leekha were the initial subscribers to the Memorandum of Association (MOA) of our Company.
