SABOO SODIUM CHLORO LIMITED was incorporated as a public limited company and received its certificate of incorporation from the Registrar of Companies, Jaipur, Rajasthan on the 22nd November 1993. The company received the Certificate of commencement of business on May 13, 1994
The company is now setting up state of art integrated sodium chloride (salt) refinery at Nawa City, District Nagaur, Rajasthan. The Company will have a total installed capacity of 100000 tonnes per annum for the manufacture of free flowing refined iodised salt. The Company will be employing the latest technology based on the Counter Current Hydro Extraction Process (Swiss technology) for the proposed unit.
Saboo Engineering Works (SEW) a group company has successfully developed salt iodisation plants as per UNICEF specifications and they are also registered with them. SEW has manufactured 22 such units and have currently participated in a tender to send salt crushers to Africa.

2023 -Saboo Sodium Chloro Tied Up With Dusit Thani International And Saboo Sodium Chloro Limited for the establishment of a resort in Jaipur.
