| Trejhara was incorporated as a public limited company on March 10, 2017. Trejhara and Aurionpro,
along with their respective shareholders, have entered into a Scheme of Arrangement ("the Scheme")
for the demerger of certain business verticals of Aurionpro, defined as the "Demerged Undertaking"
under the Scheme, and transfer and vesting of such Demerged Undertaking into Trejhara with effect
from March 31, 2017, the Appointed Date for the Scheme. The said Scheme has been approved by the
Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Bench, at Mumbai vide its order dated July 27, 2018, received
by the Company on July 31, 2018 and having filed with the ROC has become effective on August 02,
2018. The Company incorporated with the object of providing IT solutions.
2020 -Trejhara's SCMProFit declared as the winner in Warehouse & Logistics Excellence Technology Service Provider of the Year.
2022 -SCMPROFIT wins 'SCM Solution Provider of the Year' at 2nd Annual Warehouse & Logistics Excellence Awards 2021.
2023 -Medika Akses Investama (Halodoc) partners with SCMProFit to transform pharma warehouse operations for pharmaceutical products within Indonesia.
