WAY2WEALTH BROKERS PRIVATE LIMITED maintains www.Way2Wealth.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Website") and owns, has the license to use or otherwise has the right to use, free of any pending or threatened liens, all content, graphics, HTML and CGI or other scripts displayed and used on the Website.

This website / information is provided to User on an "as is" and "where-is" basis, without any warranty. Way2Wealth Brokers Private Limited will not be liable to User or any third party for any damages of any kind, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, arising from or connected with the site, including but not limited to, User’s use of this site or User’s inability to use the site, even if Way2Wealth has previously been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Way2Wealth Brokers Pvt Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Company") is a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956, CIN: having registered office at 3rd floor, Rukmini Towers, Seshadripuram, Bangalore- 560035 India.

The Company is the licensed owner of the Website "www.way2wealth.com” and the Mobile Applications including “Purse” (collective hereinafter referred as “W2W Platforms”). The Company markets the activity for its Group companies, hence the Company has allowed its Group companies to use W2W Platforms for offering their respective products/services.

The Company and its subsidiaries provide opportunity to the User to access and avail services and/or products offered on the W2W Platforms subject to the User signing-up, after carefully reading, accepting and agree to abide by the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and other respective product related Terms and Conditions.

The Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and product related Terms and Conditions shall be modified, at any time, at the sole discretion of the Company/Group Companies without any prior intimation to the User. The revised/modified version of the same shall be posted on the W2W Platforms. It is the User's responsibility to review the same on a regular basis. By accessing and continuing to use W2W Platforms, it is deemed that the User has understood and agreed to the revised version.

In case, the User disagrees or if any of the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and disclaimers is not acceptable to the User, the User is free to not, register and avail the service from W2W Platforms through website/app.

In the event of any inconsistency between the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy, the provisions under the Terms of Use shall supersede the terms of the Privacy Policy.

These Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and respective Product specific Terms and Conditions read together of the W2W Platforms shall constitute a legally binding agreement between User and the Company regarding availing the product and /or services through the W2W Platforms.

"App" means the mobile applications including 'Purse' android and IOS platform and / or other app stores.
"Website" means the website hosted as 'www.way2wealth.com'
"User" means any person who downloads the App and/or a person who avails any of services, products or facilities offered through the App or Website.
"Group Companies" includes any company which is a holding, subsidiary or the fellow subsidiary, associate of the Company.
"KYC" means all requirements pertaining to "Know Userr Client" Norms and customer due diligence, with respect to User, as per the requirements prescribed by regulatory authorities from time to time.
"Laws" means all laws, ordinance, statutes, rules, orders, decrees, injunctions, licences, permits, approvals, authorisations, consents, waivers, privileges, agreements and regulations of any Governmental authority having jurisdiction over the relevant matter as such which are in effect as of the date hereof or as may be amended, modified, enacted or revoked from time to time hereafter.
"Privacy Policy" means the privacy policy published on the Website and on the App.
“Service” means the services rendered under the Company launched and established an online trading service on the W2W Platforms.
"Terms of Use" shall mean these terms and conditions set out herein regarding the use of the Website and/ or the App by the User.
"Terms and Conditions" shall mean the product specific terms and conditions which are set out in the relevant product section.

The Company shall not bear the responsibility if the Client modifies or uses the content or services he/she gets from this Website for any purpose other than those permitted, and in doing so violates the intellectual property including trademarks, copyright and other proprietary rights of the Company.

User must at his/her own cost:

Such User will be solely and absolutely liable for any liability incurred by the Company and/or its Group Companies in this regard and keep the Company and/ or its Group Companies indemnified against any such liability.

Understands and agrees that the Company and/ or its Group Companies/ associates/ vendors/ business partners to record conversations with him/ her for any purpose but not limited to quality control, record retention. The Company will keep such records confidential.

The Company reserves the right to charge subscription or membership fees in respect of any part, aspect of this Site upon reasonable prior notice.

He/she has read, understood and agrees to the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and other Terms and Conditions including any amendments thereof from time to time.
He/she is eligible and competent to enter in to such an agreement with the Company

User will not make any attempt to hack into the W2W Platforms or otherwise attempt to subvert any firewall or other security measure of the W2W Platforms and if User becomes aware of any shortcoming in the security on the W2W Platform’s User shall forthwith inform the Company and / or its Group Companies of the same in writing.
If the W2W Platforms contains bulletin boards, chat rooms, access to mailing lists or other message or communication facilities (collectively, "Forums"), User agrees to use the Forums only to send and receive messages and material that are proper and related to the Forum.
User shall use any software provided on, by or through the W2W Platforms only for the purposes for which it has been provided to User and for no other purpose.
User shall not host, display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, update or share any information on the W2W Platforms, that:
belongs to another person and to which User do not have any right to;
is grossly harmful, harassing, blasphemous defamatory, obscene, pornographic, paedophilic, libellous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically objectionable, disparaging, relating or encouraging money laundering or gambling, or otherwise unlawful in any manner whatever;

if it learns of User's death, bankruptcy or lack of legal capacity or of circumstances which impact User's credit worthiness and/or
directions from regulatory/government bodies
for any other reason which it thinks fit and proper.

The Company shall maintain the confidentiality of the User's Personal Information as per the Privacy Policy. The Company and / or its Group Companies recognize and acknowledge the value and importance of the protection of the User's information. The Company and / or its Group Companies shall also be entitled to act on the basis of any instructions received or purported to be received by it from User by such means.

If any provision of the Terms of Use shall be held to be invalid or unenforceable by reason of any Law or any rule, order, judgment, decree, award or decision of any court, tribunal or regulatory or self-regulatory agency or body, such invalidity or unenforceability shall attach only to such provision or condition, and User, the Company and /or its Group Companies, the court, tribunal or regulatory or self-regulatory agency or body should endeavour to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision to the extent possible.
